Our group training fitness classes have been designed to to suit all levels and goals. Go at your own pace and feel comfortable in every class you choose to attend. There are no egos, no mirrors and no shame at our gym; just a community of people who support each other.

A high-intensity cardio class that involves every muscle working together. 

 

Designed to allow you to give maximum effort in short intervals (less than 1 minute) to keep your heart rate high and engage and work every muscle to your full capacity.

 

This class increases your metabolism, meaning you will be burning calories for after your workout is over.

Shape Up is an exercise class designed for Mums and Dads who want to get fit.

 

Created and conducted by mum-of-five Marie Prokos, the class introduces different styles of exercise that are both enjoyable and support your needs.

 

​We occasionally hold these classes outdoors to mix things up.

 

​With almost everyone in this class being a parent, participants often share the same goals and challenges, so camaraderie builds quickly.

 

Best of all, bring your kids to watch you train!

Cardio kickboxing is an extremely popular and fun group training class designed to push novice gym members and experts alike.

 

Combining kickboxing techniques with high intensity and fast-paced cardio, this class will challenge and exhilarate you in equal measure.

 

It won’t only assist you in building stamina and losing weight – you will also improve coordination and flexibility, build muscle and burn calories.​

For new members, this class will teach you to more effectively use all of the weight machines offered in our gym. 

For more experienced members, this group training session offers new routines and ways to use the equipment.

 

Classes consist of circuit training on all of the weight machines Prokos Personal Training have to offer.

 

Led by personal trainer Con Prokos, his experience ensures participants walk away with enormous knowledge and support from every session.

Too many people who begin exercising fall out of the habit within the first 6 months. This is precisely what this class aims to help you avoid.

 

Troop Burn provides you with a community of like-minded people that encourage one another to achieve their goals, helping you fast track your results.

 

This class is complimentary for all gym memberships. So even if you usually train solo in the gym, we invite you to come along!

Marie is so good at adjusting the program to your fitness level. She understands what a postpartum body looks like, feels like, and its capabilities. She's really good at working within those constraints.
