The story of Prokos Personal Training
Prokos Personal Training was founded by husband and wife team Con and Marie Prokos.
In 2017, a seminar sparked a realisation: our passion lay in helping others change their lives through fitness, just as we had. Instead of working for someone else's dream, we invested in our own vision.
Prokos is a place where everyday people come together to support each other in becoming their own heroes.
We founded Prokos Personal Training in Queenstown, Port Adelaide, with a clear mission: to create a welcoming space where everyone, especially busy parents and those lacking confidence, can find the support to become their best selves.
Our gym is where personal experiences fuel collective growth – where every day people come together to support each other in becoming their own heroes.

“Twenty years ago, I was battling addiction and lost in a cycle of destructive behaviour. Fitness became my lifeline – a positive addiction that gave me purpose and helped me rebuild my life. This journey taught me that true strength comes from within, and that with the right support, anyone can transform their life.
I wouldn't change my past because it's made me who I am today. It's made me empathetic and compassionate towards others going through similar situations. I get it. I understand it. I've lived it.”
Meet Marie
“As a mother of five, I know firsthand the challenges of balancing family life with personal health. My passion for fitness grew alongside our family, becoming not just a personal goal but a way to show our children the importance of self-care and resilience. I specialise in helping other parents, especially mums, rediscover their strength and confidence through fitness.”
